We’ve got a number of boys who are really close to studification but just can’t get that last win. We’re super pleased that Lombard Street has broken that trend, qualifying with his win today. A sentimental accomplishment, since he traces back to Fleeting Beauty, one of our very first broodmares. I think he’s the only Usain Bolt foal to qualify thus far, and I’m thrilled that we’ll be able to continue on the Strider line.

Expressive Dreams looks promising! I know it’s early still, but I hope you can get him stud qualified. Express Yourself was one of my favorite studs, and I’d love to see his lines carried on.

Thanks, agreed I hope to get him stud qualified. Even the 4yr snuck up on me but he’s a real shot too.

I never used to worry in the past and it’s come back to bite me as I feel I under raced a couple and ended up losing form, failing to qualify. So I now put far more emphasis on the boys getting the qualifications.
