Highlights of the day were our horses finishing 1-2-3 in both the G1 Epsom Derby Stakes and the G1 Epsom Oaks Stakes, both of those races we were winning for the 4th consecutive year. Interestingly, both winners were sired by [color=blue]NCh. Black Warrior, a stallion we had owned briefly early in his breeding career and then sold to Clover Springs., and who is now Gold-rated.

Six of ten runners hit the board, with the best finishes being a pair of seconds by 2YO [color=blue]Iconography in a 6.5f NW2 and the older [color=blue]I Will Return in a 9.5f allowance, both on turf. Really disappointed that the stakes-winning [color=blue]Indygo Symphony is continuing to flop spectacularly, this time with a dismal 11th place finish in a 9f dirt allowance for 3YOs. He’s coming home to stick to the SA and Del Mar tracks.
