New purchase Catharsis (Player x Act of Faith, 4yo) came 4th in her 5.5f on Dirt. First run on Dirt for her ever, so I’m pleased with the paycheck, particularly as she was putting up a good challenge for 3rd all the way
Calling All Souls (Pay the Boatman x Hide n’ Peek, 3yo) broke his maiden in a maiden of 7.5f on Turf. First win for me, and he paid back his purchase price 3 times in doing so. He’s 4x4 to What’s It Worth, so perhaps I shouldn’t be surprised. He was running on still so I’ll try him a bit longer next time out.
