We had an incredible day - everyone won, and shockingly, it was mostly 2yos.

6(1) - 6(1) - 0 - 0 - 0

WINS

[color=red]Finesse (2yo, Magic Cross x Final Salute) won her NW1, bringing her record to 2 (1-1-0).

[color=blue]Fool’s Errand (2yo, Foolhardy x Kiasport) won his NW2, bringing his record to 2 (2-0-0).

[color=red]Khione (2yo, Nightfight x Klondike Nights) won her NW2, bringing her record to 2 (1-0-0).

[color=red]Walking On Air (2yo, Express Yourself x Magic Supreme) won her maiden, bringing her record to 2 (1-1-0).

[color=red]Holy Smokes (4yo, Holy Bull x Rodeo Cowgirl) won her OA.

[color=red]Ch. Worth A Treasure (4yo, Worth My While x Highland Treasure) won the G3 Matriarch Stakes, her second stakes win of the year (and remaining undefeated for the year).  She also set her FOURTH speed record.  It looks like she’s one of the rare horses who actually is living up to her name…

Wins:
[color=red]Stop Stressing won a NW1.  Maybe she will start winning more now that her maiden has been broken.

[color=red]Worthy Spirit was the big winner of the day in the Baltimore Breeder’s Cup Handicap.  After today’s win I believe she will be Oaks bound!  I never thought this former claimer would have been Oaks quality but she’s passed every challenge so far.

Places:
[color=green]Out Of Class was so close in his debut over fences.  Hopefully he will get them next time. 

[color=red]My Sweet Lullabye went into her NW3 as the favorite but she just couldn’t get there in time.

[color=red]Twisted Continent’s performance in her NW3 convinced me to keep her around a little longer.

Costly Talent was a good 2nd in a claimer. It may not be enough to keep her from retirement though.

Shows:

[color=green]Improvise was 3rd in his starter allowance.  He is for sale!

Also Ran:
2yo [color=red]Candy Corn was a solid 4th in her race.  She’s been doing well for us and is likely still developing.

[color=red]Digital Skye was a disappointing 4th in her NW3.

Our 2yo’s are much further forward this year than in previous years, since 5 of our 6 winners today were 2yo’s.

He is a half-brother to two Starfish owned GCh’s, [color=blue]Away The Lads (by recently Retired Stallion [color=blue]NCh. Slew O’Scots) and [color=blue]No Guts No Glory (by our Gold ranked Stallion, [color=blue]ICh. Magic Glory). [color=blue]Away The Lads is already Stud-Qualified and [color=blue]No Guts No Glory only needs one more SW to join him, so [color=blue]Risky Romance has made a good start towards emulating his older half-brothers.

Not as good as others but still nice results. Youngsters run better!
