Nothing worth writing about, a 2nd, a 3rd and 2 4th’s out of 17 runners. Our 4 2YO runners today bombed again, making our 2YO record for this year 14-0-1-1-0.
Our older runners today seem have followed in the footsteps of their younger stable mates. Lets hope this doesn’t become a trend.

[color=red]Ch. A Sweet Melody won Gr. 1 Crown Oaks! 2nd in this race was Hurtadilla, which was born at Clicker Lab.
Recently bought 3yo [color=red]Ask My Secretary won a maiden for fillies in her first try. Another one from the same auction, [color=red]Broadway Doll, finished 7th/14.
[color=red]GCh. Winter Queen finished 3rd/14 in open allowance. Looks like she likes to be busy and enjoys the lower pressure of allowances, but also needs some fitness training.
2yo [color=red]Monarch Butterfly finished 7th/14 in a maiden for fillies.
I claimed a 3yo steeplechase colt [color=blue]Probability and he won his claimer. He has a really nice pedigree, by ICh. Long Live The King, out of Ch. Estimated Prophet; her two racing foals are winners and she’s half sister to NCh. I’m A Golden Girl. Grandsire is Planet Hollywood, sire of 12 millionaires, including NCh. Atlantis, ICh. Sixth Day and WCh. Noteasybeingreen.
We had a very good day here at CDS. It was a pleasant surprise after the short hiatus we were on while being busy in RL. It was a rather large entry day with nearly a third of our horses entered in races. Unexpectantly, 30 of our 38 entries finished in the top 3! Of the 8 who didn’t finish in the top 3, four finished 4th and four finished 5th. Certainly a race day to be archived for CDS…
