Chuffed to bits with [color=blue]Saint David (2yo Gilded Saint) who won his NW2. His sire was a late bloomer and mum only won a maiden and a low allowance race but was very consistent at placing. Certainly a surprise to see him run so well first time out.
[color=red]Oryx (5yo Highland Bandit) won her OA with [color=red]Raining on Parade (5yo Gimmie A Shot) finishing 2nd.
[color=blue]Bournville (3yo TakeMeToHollywood) was 2nd in his NW1.

After a very unimpressive start to his racing career (only 2 2nds in his first 13 races), we entered him in a Claimer, which he won and was, happily, unclaimed. He has not been out of the first 4 in his 8 races since that first win, including 4 wins (2 SW) in his last 5 races.

A so-so day for us. Four out and two hit the board with second-place finishes. Electric Avenue is really starting to bloom as a 3YO, finishing a strong second in a 9.5f dirt allowance for her fourth OTB finish in four starts this year, and firster 2YO Oath also came second in a 5.5f dirt maiden. How long until one of my 2YOs breaks their maiden…
