3/24

Three out, only one good performance. Nightfall won a NW1.

Making this quick: 7(2)-1-0-2-2 $55,950

Highlight is [color=red]Devil’s Test, who was claimed with the intent to breed in late spring, but after winning her second race in a row we’re having second thoughts. There are stakes races in her future.

We had a pretty consistant day here at CDS.  We send out 10 and 9 came back with some form of a paycheck.

First we had 5 horses down at Gulfstream race today.
[color=blue]Stellar Love and [color=blue]Hollyworth were entered in a 45K dirt allowance.
[color=blue]Stellar Love finally showed us what he’s capable of by winning and [color=blue]Hollyworth followed closely behind to finish 2nd.
[color=green]Blackster is doing a bit better after his switch to SC finishing 3rd in a Maiden.
[color=red]I’m Not Blue is still not sparkling like she did as a 2yo but at least managed to pull in a 4th place finish in her allowance.
[color=red]Pistachio looked a little hot going into her NW3 Allowance and it showed after finishing 4th.

Out of our 3 horses at Aqueduct 2 were spot on.
Surprisingly [color=red]Winning Secret decided she was tired of getting dirt in her face and put her rocket shoes on.  Previously only being on the board twice she wired her NW1 allowance winning by almost 30 length’s and earning a 122 SF.  We hope this is her sign to us that she’s maturing.
Our recent purchase,[color=blue] Lone Black Wolf, is still in the works but brought home a 3rd place paycheck.
And [color=green]Keep The Beat got lost on the back stretch and just wasn’t able to make up lost ground so was signaled to slow finishing 12th.

And our 2 Santa Anita girls did okay today.
[color=red]Nightfury came back from a slump to finish 2nd in her NW3 allowance.
[color=red]Opulent earned a little bit of her entry fee back by finishing 5th in the 5.0f Turf Ungr. Crystal Water Handicap for 3yo+ against the boys.
