Finally, our last foal arrived! I was expecting this guy to be huge, considering his dam kept her legs crossed an extra 12 days but guess not; at least he’s healthy! I had purchased Chief’s Lady last year because she was a stakes winner, had bloodlines I didn’t have, and because she was carrying a Point Given. I’m not sure why I named him Tashkent, but I think it has a nice, bold ring to it. Chief’s Lady has been sent to Player for 2017.
