Today was a total tragedy. I attempted manual workouts for the first time and with energy being wonky, I think the combo had a nasty effect for my herd. They did better with no workouts and long breaks vs. trying to manually work. It’s difficult to tell who is actually doing badly, which is disappointing since my kids had started the year so strong!
