Not a terrible performance from the filly but didn’t really earn enough to cover the cost of the Colt - still, he’s a nicely bred boy and hopefully he’ll earn his keep, unlike the majority of his stablemates!

Better day OTB%-wise, just under 70%. Only about the second or third time this year we’ve had an OTB% over 50%. Only 5 runners finished out of the money, again one of our best days this year in that regard. One of the highlights of the day was that two of our winners were sired by the recently deceased Foolhardy, including one SW.

Harlequin (Leased from Darkwood Stables) (4yo, Foolhardy) in an Allowance - After a few disappointing performances, we dropped him in class to try and give him a confidence-booster and he justified that decision by winning this race.
