Apart from the fact that we had 3 BS winners, the highlight of the day was [color=red]NCh. Chunky’s Dream’s in the Highland Raven Breeders’ Stakes, which meant that she is a BS Champion for the 4YO+ Mares Turf Series. Two years ago, she won the first two legs of the 3YO Fillies Turf Series but lost the third leg by a Neck. She also won the Breeders’ Cup Mile this year and has won 5 out of her last 6 races, all SW, including 2 G1W.

Overall, not a bad way to end the year! This was our first year with more than 1-2 BS runners and I was very happy with our 2yo homebred, Deadly Devotion, who ran 2nd in two of her BS races. Our chasers particularly excelled.
