1/3

Lovely start to the new racing year. Four runners out and everyone in the first two.

[color=red]Ch Danzintothetop (5yo Strider) won the ungraded Ruthless Stakes. She’s now having a little holiday.

Homebred [color=red]Bramble Queen (3yo Long Live The King) won her NW2.

[color=red]Forever A Warrior (3yo Black Warrior) was 2nd in her NW3.

[color=blue]Bournville (3yo TakeMeToHollywood) was 2nd in his NW1.

We also claimed [color=red]Global Warming (3yo What’s Debatable). She’s half to NCh Painted Raven. She finished 7th in her claimer. As she’s a June baby we’ve sent her to the farm and she’ll be back out later in the year.

Beautiful results :wink: I entered 3yo [color=red]Vanagloria and [color=red]Serena y Dulce in a claimer and they finished last and next to last. Maybe they followed some instinct as the winner came back limping. According to their pedigrees, they should like longer distance, so we’ll try 12f in the next claimer. I’m not worried at all that they could get claimed :stuck_out_tongue:

A great day for our ponies with final results of 15-5-1-3-4.

[color=blue]For Science was 1st/14 in his NW1 Allowance with a decent SF of 177, beating out stablemates [color=blue]The Doctor (4th) and [color=red]Wired Energy (6th). I was very pleased with his result and am looking forward to his season  :slight_smile:

[color=blue]The Deputy was 1st/11 in his NW1, just in front of stablemates [color=blue]Scotland Yard (2nd) and [color=blue]TARDIS (3rd). Really nice results from this race, and The Deputy’s SF was a nice 193. Looking forward to all three of these boys running this season.

[color=red]That All You Got was 1st/6 in an NW2 SC Allowance with an SF of 195; I’m glad to see her continuing to run well.

[color=red]Bazyli was 1st/6 in an NW2, ahead of stablemate [color=red]Bound to Sail (4th). Once again, looking forward to her season.

[color=red]Martiana was 1st/6 in a claimer ahead of stablemates [color=red]Catch the Rainbow (3rd) and [color=red]Crystal Aunt (4th). Martiana came away from the race limping; she was claimed by Gant’s Farm, and Catch the Rainbow was claimed by DJ Racing and Stud. I wish both of them the best of luck with these two girls in the future.

[color=red]Proxima Centauri, [color=blue]Brighton Rock, and [color=blue]Comedic Timing were 3rd, 4th, and 5th/13 in an NW1, respectively.

A great start to 2019!

Our horses ran 4-1-1-1-1, so everyone was in the money!  :smiley:

[color=blue]Go The Knuckle was 1st in an NW1; I’m currently doing cartwheels. I was really worried he was an expensive dud.

[color=blue]Gonna Be A Star was 2nd in the same NW1, which was also exciting; I bought him in the same auction as Go the Knuckle, but for only 1k c:

[color=red]Fifty Wins and [color=red]Neon Light were 3rd and 4th, respectively, in a maiden.

Hope my ponies haven’t started as they mean to go on! 7-0-0-0 ???
Looking on the bright side, they can’t get any worse!

The only way is up!

So-so day for our debut.

Rich Duchess won a NW1 nicely but finished overheated so a few weeks rest for her
Dark Hope 4th in SC Stakes race
ShootForTheStars ran down the field in her 10th and final race and is now off to the breeding paddocks

Unless I’m missing something, it appears that you secured another studhood with this win!  THANK YOU!

You’re right, I did. How did I miss that?

He joins Exit Poll and Fight The Twilight as leased horses of yours that are stud qualified (although I can’t claim credit for them). In addition, Allinvain only needs one more SW before he too will be stud-qualified. Lets see if we can get him there. I’m planning on running him next in the Aqueduct Handicap at Aqueduct on Jan 17th.
