Off topic from the FF results but it interesting to see the Pegasus has floundered somewhat from the initial excitement with PM this year of $3m USD? On the flipside the Everest in Australia which is modeled of the Pegasus has continued to grow with a total prize pool for this year of $20m AUD. The winner takes home $7m. There’s now a number of slot races in Australia and all seem to gaining in popularity.

@Shanthi might be time to include the Everest as a race in Australia (Oct) 6F on turf.

Sure, I think some unpopular races (such as 4yo+ NW1’s) could be replaced, especially if even FF isn’t filling them up with horses.
Meanwhile, the real life race - I didn’t really follow the horses but I somewhat rooted for Hoist the Gold, who finished 4th:
