1/25

well sent out 11 horses today with mixed results,5 came home with checks, think its time to retire some boys to pasture, and maybe a mare or two more to brood.

[color=green]Just Go Wicked-8.0f NW2 Allow, 3yo+,Dirt - Good, [color=green]2nd came out in second from the gate and stayed right on the tail of the filly who won, guess he still has an eye for the girls , lol.
[color=blue]Kamenwati -9.5f Allow, 4yo+,Turf - Slow, [color=blue]6th well these two guys were off their strides today kam needed more length and doesnt like mud
[color=green]O Mercy Me-9.5f Allow, 4yo+, Turf - Slow, [color=green]7th the length for this guy should have been ok but i dont think he likes mud either.
[color=red]Heard A Rumor-9.0f Allow,4yo+ F,Dirt - Good ,[color=red]9th not sure maybe broodmare time for this gal, it should have been right up her alley.
[color=red]On The Catwalk-9.0f Allow,4yo+ F,Dirt - Good ,[color=red]2nd in the same race as the mare above she came out and stayed right on the tail of the winner all the way.
[color=red]Supersonic-12.5f Allow.4yo+,SC - Slow.[color=red]2nd this was quite the nailbiter, came out of the 13th PP into first,at 4f fell to 2nd,at 8f took the lead again and at 10 fell back to 2nd where she finished, what a run!! That was quite a fight by a game little mare and gelding for that win!!
[color=green]Meetmeinseattle -7.5f NW2 Allow,4yo+,Turf - Slow,[color=green]4th fell into 4th out of the gate and just kind of ran there, looking at the sights.
[color=red]Bonnie Parker-5.0f Starter Allow,3yo F,Turf - Slow,[color=red]2nd came out on the tail of the frontrunner and stayed there the whole way, even though it was slow going, she did well for herself!
[color=blue]Blood Lance -12.0f Ungr. Fred Cappy Capossela St.,4yo+,SC - Slow,[color=blue]13th   he hates the wet/slow going, so he didnt even try , he just wasted the entrance fee. will try to find a long race and try one more time then its the pasture for this guy!

I only sent out [color=blue]Uncle Pennybags, and he had a great run. He went 1st/11 in the Grade 2 John F. Feehan Stakes for 3yo+ over 8.0f on dirt. In addition to bringing home a nice sum of money, this is his fifth stakes win overall, and his second stakes win this year as a four-year-old. I’m very hopeful that this is going to be a good year for him. :slight_smile:

Forgot to add my sentimental note - I won this race last year with [color=green]Silver Cross. It was the first stakes race I ever entered on FF, and it seems like a good one for my ponies.

Send out 7 with 3 bring back paychecks.

[color=blue]Only Time and [color=red]Lunar Princess finished 7th & 12th in their NW1 Allowance for 3yo on turf. Don’t know what to do with these two.

[color=red]Devine placed 3rd/6 in her NW3 Allowance for 3yo+ F on turf. Happy to see she is running well after we claime her last time out.

[color=blue]Malurian came 6th/14 in his Allowance SC. I think he might need a bit of a break but who knows might be old age.

[color=blue]II Good IX U came 12th/14 in the Ungraded Fred Cappy Capossela Stakes. He has been on and off lately so Im thinking some rest for him.

[color=blue]Lucky Rose shock us with his win in his SC Maiden. Didn’t know if he was a steepler even though his lines say he is. Hopefully we can get some stakes wins with this boy.

Claimed the 3yo Irish River daughter [color=red]Bactia who came 3rd in her race. Glad to have her join us!

Better day here then it has been! Sent 3 out, all 3 were in the money.

Kew Garden (Rahy) WON her NW3 dirt allowance. We recently purchased her from Clicker Lab, glad to see she has some run in her!

I’m Your Eskimo (I’m Your Angel) ran 2nd/9 in a dirt allowance. We just recently bought this boy for $25,000 and I know, I own the stallion. I just couldn’t bear to see him on the for sale page everyday having only raced once which was last April! So this was his second start, his first start on dirt so i’m super proud of him.

Sunday Paper (Sunday Silence) ran 5th/14 in the Fred Cappy Capossela Stakes. This was his first stakes race and it was a really big, tough field so i’m proud that he ran nose to nose with the top competitors.

well i refreshed my page to get a suprise i won the claim on the filly i wanted who this was her second race, she came out of the 5th PP into the lead winning wire to wire by 2 3/4 lengths!!! Thats the second winner ive claimed this new year  ;D

[color=red]Cops Fever-7.5f Claiming ($5,000) for 3yo F, Dirt - Fast,[color=red]1st

by- ICh. Ring of Fire (S) (Cross Roads (S) x Playing With Fire (S))
out of- Illegal Runaway (Dark Knight (S) x Princess Jasmine (B))

What an awesome day we had! Had a few that were blah but those that performed did so in a big way!

Anywhere But Here ran a decent enough 4th/14 in a dirt OA for fillies and mares.

Yankee Axe ran well, finishing 2nd/6 in a turf NW2.

Dark Lairs ran very well to finish 2nd/10 in a dirt OA.

Warm Whispers once again got close to breaking her maiden today, finishing 2nd/9 in a dirt maiden today.

Mr. Chuckles ran a great race to finish 1st/14 in a turf OA.

Succubus was the highlight of the day with a win in the G1 Vessels Stallion Farm Distaff. We are so happy with this girl, we really needed this win and she pulled through! Her stablemate, Don’t Put Me Back, whom we thought would have run the better of the two also ran a decent 4th/14.

Lots of luck we have this January :slight_smile:

[color=red]
Ch. Restless Heart
- 1st/14 Santa Ynez Stakes, and earned a Champion title. We have claimed her quite recently from FF. Our mare [color=red]Wedding Reception was 4th in this race, she’s now being leased by Winning Move Stables.
[color=red]Shadow In The Dark - 1st/9 in 5 furlongs Starter Allowance for 3yo F on slow turf, won by two lengths. Great to see her back in shape! I was really worried. [color=red]Jorghinia was 5th in this race, and there also  ran three other fillies that we recently sold in the auction - [color=red]Miracle Drug (3rd), [color=red]Memories Of Home and [color=red]Pony Girl. Good luck to the new owners!
[color=red]Melodramatic - 1st/6 in 5.5 furlongs NW3 Allowance for 3yo+ F/M on turf, a powerful win by 3 1/2 lengths.
[color=red]Ch. Summer Morning - 2nd/14 in Fred Cappy Capossela Stakes, against many boys.
[color=red]Golden Moon - 4th/14 in 5 furlongs Allowance for 4yo+ on wet turf.
[color=red]Luxury Of Time - 6th/9 in 8.5 furlongs NW1 Allowance for 3yo on dirt.

And we claimed a gorgeous filly [color=red]Your Chant, by War Chant, with two bronze ranked Champions in her damline. She was 2nd in her claimer. Great day!

Better day for us - 4 wins, including a stakes win! YAY!

Wins:
[color=red]Clochan na bhFomha won her NW3.

[color=red]Dal Riata won her allowance.

[color=blue]Count Rugen broke his maiden. :smiley:

[color=blue]Lord Nelson won the Kingston Town Stakes! Woo! Only 3 more stakes wins to go. :smiley:

Places:
[color=blue]Raven’s Glory in a NW2.

[color=red]Golden Aura in an allowance.

[color=blue]Well of Magick in a NW1.

Fourths:
[color=red]Ring of Darkness in a NW1.

[color=red]Royal Strait Flush who we claimed (of course our successful claim is a filly :stuck_out_tongue:). Her big brother is stakes placed and we don’t have any Diplomat blood in the barn.

[color=red]Songcatcher in a starter allowance.

[color=blue]One of a Kind and [color=red]Perfect Timing (among others) were disappointing in their stakes races. :frowning:

Good day. Two out

[color=red]Captain’s Promise has decided she’d like to stop running and be a mum after coming last in her Dirt Allowance. Fine by me.

Meanwhile

[color=blue]New Rule has decided he might like to see some girlfriends at the end of his career, coming 3rd in the Theo Marks Stakes (G2). And that’s despite me putting the wrong equipment on him. Hope he carries on like this, I’d love my $5,000 claimer to be studified.
