Another one claimed. Sour Fire is by Holy Bull, out of Strike And Run. I’m unlucky with Holy Bull’s offspring, but this girl is a half sister to GCh. The Woman In Black, another mare that I purchased from a dispersal sale, and she’s now a broodmare; her first filly will start racing this year. Sour Fire finished 3rd/6 in this race.

3yo [color=blue]T’Greth won a maiden. He’s been very lightly raced as a 2yo, because I bought him from The Grey Stable in July. He seems to have some talent though.

3yo [color=red]Caballa finished 2nd/6 in a claimer and stays home.

[color=red]Catalu?a finished 3rd/6 in a NW1 for fillies.

[color=blue]Ch. El Padrino finished 3rd/6 in an open allowance. He tried blinkers for the first time, and maybe didn’t like them; but the jockey said that he doesn’t like his previous equipment either. The winner of this race, a filly named Banff, was also bred by Clicker Lab; it was her second career start.

WINS
[color=blue]Enchant

Hadn’t had a horse at the races for months so having my one runner go out and win was a pretty nice way to restart the stable’s racing season.

[color=red]Crown of Nefertiti debuted and broke her maiden in an 8.5f turf allowance for 3YO fillies, leading from start to finish. Hoping this is a sign of good things to come for Karat’s 3YOs.

Small payday but good day for our record as both horses out did well

[color=green]Fleet Matador broke his maiden by winning his NW1

And [color=blue]Turning You Down, owned by Hidden Oak Farm, managed a second in his own NW1.
