Diamonds In The Air (The Black) ran 3rd in a turf allowance. This girl has always been on the board, just need a win!
Gniess One (Boldness Shows) ran a disappointing 6th. This filly has been tricky, maybe shes a steeplechase girl.
Daydreamer (Gimme A Shot) ran 3rd in a turf allowance, this is big for him, hopefully I found the equipment he likes.
Trippi Bree (Crystal Rainbow) WON her dirt allowance, heres hoping she keeps it up
Nobleton (Point Given) ran a disappointing 5th. I tried him on dirt again (Hes run turf the past 3 races but won his last dirt start) and I guess he just prefers turf.
Anglesite (I’m Your Angel) made me proud running 3rd in the Appleton Handicap. This was her first stakes start and she was against some boys.
Deep Blue Sea (I’m Your Angel) was my highlight winning the El Conejo Handicap. This now makes him a champion. I’m hoping for an awesome year out of this boy!

Lost Opportunity was 8th in her maiden. I’m not too concerned. Generally Fleeting Beauty’s foals are late bloomers.
Ask Directions was 2nd in a NW3 against the boys. Really pleased.
Higher Agenda was 2nd against the boys. Seems to still have some spunk in her.
Lonely Victor hung in for 3rd in his OA.
Necromancy was a disappointing 11th. He’s still only 14.2hh, a full hand shorter than his shortest predicted height, so who knows when he’ll mature.
Chance of Rain was 3rd in her OA.
Reprise made me really happy by winning her Gr. 3 against the boys. Ramses was a less impressive 6th.
Capricious One held his own in his first stakes race, finishing 3rd. He’ll probably do better with a touch more distance.

Champs Elysees (Gunningdownromance) got his first win today in a turf nw1 for 3yo’s. 1st/13.
Highland Dreams (Highland Bandit) ran very well in the El Conejo Handicap to finish 2nd/10.
We successfully claimed Leo’s Lucky Lady (Point Given) from a $20k dirt claimer in which she won.
Succubus (Highland Wizard) ran great to win a turf OA for fillies and mares, in the same race Unbridled Miracle (Unbridled) finished 3rd/10.

[color=red]Cherokee Princess ran 4th/14 in a Maiden. It was her first time going a mile and she was slowly moving up throughout, so I think a slightly longer race next time will do her wonders.

Sent out 5 and 4 bought home a paycheck. No winners but not too bad a start.
[color=red]Miss Crab Apple ran well in a 2yo NW3 finishing 3rd on her first start on turf. Hasn’t run since the summer either so a pleasing effort.
[color=red]I’m Not Bluffing finished 3rd in an NW3 over fences. First time she’s been chasing so an ok effort.
[color=red]Peep Show and [color=red]Crowd Teaser finished 4th and 5th in an OA for girls where all the runners finished in a heap. Both were quite consistant last year and hopefully they’ll continue in the same form.
The only disappointment was [color=blue]Crystal Wizard - 12th of 13 in a NW1 for 3yo. I’m thinking of putting him away for a while to see if he matures.
We only had one out today. The beginning of the year seems to be a slow time for CDS for some reason. Anyway we did get out our Nightfight filly, [color=red]Enyo, in her first 3yo stakes. She faired well and finished 3rd only to be beaten by a couple boy noses.
