That’s great! Glad to hear that she is doing better, and she’ll be getting the cast off soon

good luck with her. i have a cast on mt broken foot and ankle so i know how she feels. i have 2-5 more weeks with this cast on, yuck.
Well today Melody got her cast off and her stitches were taken out. She gets to go home tomorrow!

Aww the poor thing. Looks like it’s healing good though. I hope she is feeling alot better.
It does look like it’s healing well. And from what I can tell from her hind ankles, she looks cute 
here it is two weeks later…
Dr. Milne came out about 5 days ago and gave the okay to ride her. I’ve only gotten to ride her twice, thanks to the weather. :evil:
Today was interesting…
Melody was being very quiet while I rode her today, we were doing a figure-8 at the trot when BOOM she leaped and bucked, causing me to lose my one stirrup then she played dirty on me and dropped the shoulder on the side where I lost my stirrup. I got dumped and as she was running away from me I yelled… “You cheater!”
We will just say that Toni and Jenn were amused.
