Training Q

Ok I was training my new horse(thanks Stillwater farms).  When I was done training this message was present-King of Thieves refuses to rate at all, I was like WHAT!  I have no idea what that means so could some one fill me in! lol I feel so new! thanks for the help!

That they’re potentially not very ratable.  (i.e. if their natural inclination is to run like a sprinter, and in a race a jockey wants them to run from behind, they won’t be happy.)
