Sorry about your losses, though. I checked in the database and, overall, we’re at 4% stillborns for the 2019 foal crop (same as 2018 and 2017). I’m sorry you’re at a higher percentage than that for your babies.
I guess that’s sort of like being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Having lost only one foal in each of the last two years, I guess we were due a “bad year”. Shouldn’t complain as we still have 33 beautiful healthy babies so far.
