Hi, this might be a stupid question but what is the difference between a NW1, NW2, NW3 Allowance races? I read the FAQ, but I was just confused more. I understand that NW1 is ‘not won 1’ allowance race, NW2 - ‘not won 2’ and so on. So I thought that NW3 was a lower class race than a NW1, but the purse is higher for a NW3 than an NW1. Ummm so if anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks
NW3 is more competitive than a NW2, because a horse can have 2 allowance wins vs. 0/1.
