This morning after a Doc Appt. I walked into the foaling barn I knew Ch. Dynamyte was close. I did not expect to see a half-grown filly standing and nursing! Thiis filly should be a monster on the track. Can’t wait for 2028 for her debut on the track.

Unfortunately, we lost Dakal to colic right after foaling. Dakala wasn’t impressive on the track. So once she retired, we bred her to ICh. Gunningdownromance (We lost him 2 years ago). She produced a lovely filly, who we are excited to see on the track.
Next, we bred her to NCh. Painted Raven. Thus, this year’s filly. I hope these two fillies will prove her to be an awesome broodmare. I just feel she left us too early.

Unfortunately we lost Ch. Devil’s Test on the 5th. She was open to allow for an earlier foaling date when she was brought in to get ready for breeding she was under weight, so we set about getting her back up to weight. On the 5th the cleaning & feeding crew discovered Devil’s Test was down & apparently in distress. The vet was called & while we waited we tried to get her up. When Dr. Grady arrived it was clear she had coliced and rolled for several hour. We decide the best course was to euthanize her. She was buried in her favorite spot under the apple tree in the mare’s pasture.
Devil’s Test was an accomplished Route runner on both dirt & turf setting speed records in 2013 & 2014 on both dirt & turf from 11furlongs to 15.5 furlongs. When she retired to brood she became a very nice dam, with her daughter, *Ch. Jallikattu being multi stakes placed. We have her last three foals and waiting in anticipation, to see how they do.
