OK, other than the questions I posed, I think all the other issues are fixed.
Much as I appreciate the thought of this thread, I actually find it easier to deal with one issue per (new) thread, and not a bunch of different issues in a single post. (Keeping track of what I’ve done by clicking a heart icon is not exactly the most robust system 
).
Also if you could post your stable name / horse IDs affected (or links to their pages), that saves me time in looking things up.

My 5 entered for 13th are still entered, I looked at it wrong as display on main stable page changed re horses available to claim. Sorry my mistake
All horses that ran on 23rd January are effected

Can you ship/board them now? I’m not sure what happened to them but I’m guessing it was the database backup/restore thing from a couple of weeks ago.
