Why is the claiming deadline
the same as the entry deadline? Isn’t the incentive then to enter your horse as late as
possible so as to make claims impossible?
Technically, yes, but few
people actually do that, and FF needs to be able to enter horses without them being claimed
since FF needs all the racehorses it can get, to use as filler horses.

i have my one and only horse at the moment- Proposal who i have recently gelded,
but i want a fillie/mare so i can enter the female in the fillies/mare races
in the future.
