7/28

Finally a good day! We went weeks with extremely poor finishes, to the point where there really wasn’t a point in posting a report, haha. Today we sent out 8 and half hit the board. Luckily almost all of our also-rans are 2yo’s.

WIN
[color=blue]Red Dog was our sole winner today, beating a field of 10 in an OA.

PLACE
[color=red]Jade Fox whom we purchased from the Mixed Auction ran 2nd/7 in her OA, losing to a MSW.
[color=red]Anne Boleyn showed her old form and ran 2nd/6 in a NW3.

4th
[color=blue]Macau against 7 others in a Maiden in his first start since we bought from from the Mixed Auction. Still figuring him out.

Five horses raced today, but only one worth mentioning  however, I’m still very happy for her. She used to run in claimers and although she could win them, nobody wanted her becouse of other poor performances perhaps. Until I discovered that she’s a really good sprinter! Today she won 2 lengths in front of a MSW stallion.

[color=red]Jorghinia - finished 1st/10 in an open allowance steeplechase for 3yo, and she’s not going to run in claimers anymore.

We sent out 14 today including a 3yo from the auction who only raced once so far, and 9 brought home money.

Wns
[color=blue]Riverton Heights claimed in Aus.(my mess up  )  he has finally Come into his own, I might need to ship hm stateside. This is his 3rd win in a row, and he was 5 1/2 lengths out front!!. and to think I had him on the sale page for weeks!

[color=blue]Whatsinaname (worth my awhile) this 2yo has really impressed me, I really need to find a few turf  staKes for him. This is his first win! And he was 3 lengths out in front of the rest , but out of 6 starts hes finished top 3,his record stands at Lifetime 6(1)-1/2(1)/3

Perfect day? Yes. Two out, two wins.

My first homebred ever, [color=red]Cathedral, ran in 12.0f Allowance for 4yo+ and placed 1st/6! She is only 6 points away from being a champion! I am so insanely excited. After six years of playing this game (as of tomorrow!), I think I’ll finally have a homebred champion.

One of my recent purchases from the mixed auction, [color=red]Delightful Queen, ran in 12.0f NW2 Allowance for 3yo F and placed 1st/6 as well! That makes two winners of the horses I purchased and I’ve only raced two so far. I’m so amazed at my luck!

I literally said “YES!” out loud when I saw this.
