Not sure how we ended up with 1,368 points though, but suspect there must be a bug in the overall point calculations. It doesn’t look like the bug has carried over to individual horses stats, which is more important.

I’m getting a 500 error page for the day’s results so can’t share, but glancing at the results through the training page I might just have to be thankful for that because it was terrible.

I’ve been wondering about race times though, has anyone else noticed a change? Seems this year’s derby winner ran with 44:495 on the first fraction and one of my oaks entries ran 3:25.11 compared to 2:12.615 for the same distance and conditions (though different jockey) two months ago. These are times I normally retire horses for, lol. @Shanthi has there been a change in the way races are run?

Interesting, there definitely seems to be a change in speed since the new app took over. SF below 100 were really slow races and stakes often went in de high 200s and even 300s. Compared to now I see most of my horses running below 100 and stakes hang around that number.

Derby winner has an SF of 100, Oaks winner is 100 as well and same for humana distaff winner. This can also be seen with lower fraction times.

I usually judge my horses by their fraction times and determine their race schedule based on that, so I think that’s why I’m noticing such a difference. I don’t think the game is affecting by it otherwise so it might be a non issue and I’ll just have to adjust my way of judging horses.
