Nice day - all but 6 were in the top 4.

WINS:
[color=blue]Triple Threat (2yo, A.P. Indy) in a NW2. He’s the third foal from his MSW dam, and half-brother to SP Crown Wish.

[color=blue]Song and Sixpence (2yo, Worth My While) in his second start. :slight_smile:

[color=blue]Bravado (2yo, Foolhardy) in a NW3. He’s 2 for 2. :smiley:

PLACES:
[color=red]Fool For You (3yo, Foolhardy) in a NW2.

[color=blue]Rischioso (3yo, Worth My While) in an OA.

[color=blue]Damon Bradley (3yo, No Duplicate) in the Star De Naskra Stakes.

[color=red]Ring of Darkness (4yo, Ring of Fire) in the Matriarch Stakes. She’s now stakes placed, yay!

SHOWS:
[color=blue]Winged Charm (2yo, Silver Charm), one better than his last time out.

[color=blue]Scamp (3yo, Highland Bandit) in a maiden.

[color=red]Sent to the Devil (3yo, TakeMeToHollywood) in a maiden.

[color=red]Queen’s Fool (4yo, Foolhardy) in an OA.

[color=red]Hemisphere (3yo, Octagonal) in the Edgewater Stakes.

FOURTHS:
[color=red]Celtic Crystal (3yo, Crystal Rainbow) in a NW2.

[color=blue]Certain Death (2yo, Ring of Fire) in a NW3. Half-brother to SP Rumplestiltskin and Spread The News.

[color=blue]Hollywood Dreams (3yo, TakeMeToHollywood) in a maiden.

[color=red]Clairvoyant (3yo, Holy Bull) in the Baltimore Breeders’ Cup Handicap.

[color=blue]Holy Ground (2yo, Holy Bull) in the Maribymong Plate.

Sent out 10 runners, came home with 11. It’s nice to see some of our 2yo’s starting to earn some money, none have won yet but 3 of the 4 sent out today came home in the top four in their races.

1 Win
[color=blue]G.Ch. Painted Raven, (5yo, Slew O’Scots x Painted Desert) 1/10 in the G3 Spring Gold Cup in England. 6th SW overall, 2nd consecutive SW. Needs one more SW to become stud-qualified.

2 Seconds
[color=red]Ch. Major Dreams, (3yo, Major’s Flight x Sheza Dreamer) 2/10 in the Ung Edgewater Stakes at Churchill Downs, beaten by a nose. She will be shipped to Ireland for their fillies Classics.
[color=red]Rock of Truth, (2yo, Rock of Gibraltar x Confession) 2/10 in an NW3 at Gulfstream.

2 Fourths
[color=blue]Slippery Rose, (2yo, Slip in the Mud x Rose Marie) 4/8 in an NW1 in England. He is For Sale for $25k.
[color=red]Unknown Soldier, (2yo, Black Warrior x What’s That About) 4/8 in an NW3 at Aqueduct.

Also Ran
[color=red]Exquisite, (5yo, Easy Goer x Hail to Beauty) 5/5 in an NW2 at Aqueduct. She is For Sale for $15k.
[color=red]Helena, (3yo, Highland Wizard x Spiletta) 6/10 in the G3 Baltimore Breeders’ Cup Handicap at Pimlico.
[color=blue]Contristo (Leased from Rainee Thoroughbreds), (4yo, Stressed x Las Vegas Jitters) 6/8 in an OA in Australia.
[color=red]Miss Livewire, (3yo, Gone Haywire x Fan into Flame) 6/8 in an NW2 at Aqueduct.
[color=blue]Gang of Thieves, (2yo, Cool Thief x Match Me Up) 10/13 in an NW2 at Woodbine.

Could be better, could be worse.

[color=blue]Devil’s Advocate (Crystal Rainbow) finally broke his maiden with a 1st/8 in an OA.

[color=green]Armageddon (Stagehand) ran 2nd/5 in his NW2.

[color=red]Ekosian (Spectacular Bid) finished 3rd/13 in her OA.

Also-rans: [color=red]Mountian Laurel (11th, NW3), [color=red]Himinbiarga (2yo; 13th), [color=red]Ominous Sky (2yo, 13th).

Only 2 out today, forgot to enter more! Whoops… Both ran in stakes, pretty happy with the results

[color=blue]Turnpike Wannabe (3yo, Candidate) WON the Aegon Turf Sprint! I’m so excited about this boy, his second stakes win of the season, I think he has big potential

[color=red]Al Summan (3yo, Seattle Sorcerer) ran 5th in the Baltimore Breeders’ Cup Handicap. It was her first ever stakes start and longer then her preference (shes more of a sprinter) so i’m happy with a 5th

Three jumpers today.

[color=blue]Virginia Challenge ran in 9.5f NW2 Allowance for 4yo+ (SC) and placed 1st/5. He’s 6 points away from being a champion.

[color=green]Ch. GoToThe Devil ran in 10.0f Allowance for 4yo+ (SC) and placed 4th/12. Not bad, but he’s getting toward the end of his career.

[color=red]White Picket Fence ran in 9.0f NW3 Allowance for 3yo+ F/M (SC) and placed 8th/11. Hoping this was just a fluke, since she still had a high SF.

Overall it was a really good day for us. We are a bit behind schedule figuring out our 2yos, but last years juveniles were freaks of nature. Our breakdown today was:

24(6) - 9(3) - 3(1) - 3(1) - 3(1)

WINS

[color=green]Notmyfirstrodeo (5yo, Temptation) won his OA over hurdles. This guy is still going strong, which is great since he’s my first homebred.

[color=red]Ch. Always Ladylike (4yo, Giant’s Causeway) won her OA, which is pretty typical of this amazing gal.

[color=red]Ch. Girlfight (4yo, Nightfight) also won her OA. Like Ladylike, she has become one of our solid mares.

[color=blue]Harrison Ford (4yo, Witness) was one of the surprises of the day. He recently joined us. He finally broke his maiden, and did it in style, earning a speed record in the process. He’s by our boy Witness, who has one of the highest percentage of winners produced of stallions currently standing at stud. His dam was MSP, so I’ve been hoping he had talent underneath.

[color=blue]Laevateinn (2yo, Sleipnir) is our second juvenile winner of the year, in a maiden race. His half sister did well last year, too, winning all 4 non-stakes starts. This is a good way to start.

[color=red]D’lightful (4yo, High Chances) won her NW3. She’s undefeated in three starts now that she switched to hurdles. She also earned her second speed record in those 3 starts.

[color=red]Ch. Coquette (3yo, Bellagio) proves she’s still got it with a win in the G3 Baltimore Breeders’ Cup Handicap. This is her first start of the year.

[color=red]Ch. Singsong (3yo, Rahy) won her first stakes, the ungraded Star de Naskra Stakes, earning her champion title in the process. She’s only been out of the top two once in her career, so I am certain she’s got a lot more coming.

[color=red]GCh. Afterglow (5yo, Affirmed) won yet another stakes, the G3 Matriarch Stakes. She keeps getting better and better. I don’t know what I would do without her!

PLACES

[color=red]Comedy Queen (3yo, High Chances) finished 2nd in a sizzling NW1 where the winner earned a speed record. Just trying to get her to be consistent.

[color=red]Strikeuptheband (3yo, Smart Strike) was 2nd in her NW2. I’m still figuring her out. She didn’t run at 2 due to immaturity, so this was her third lifetime start.

[color=blue]Sportsmanship (2yo, Player) was 2nd in the G2 Maribrynong Plate, his first start. Momma was stakes placed at 2, so I was hoping it was hereditary. He is her first foal.

SHOWS

[color=red]Takin the Highroad (4yo, Highland Wizard) was 3rd in her NW2. I’m really hoping I can figure her out, because she’s got a really nice, double gold pedigree, and is half to several stakes ponies, including the stallion, Call To War.

[color=red]Brianza (2yo, Bellagio) was 3rd in her first start, a NW3. We didn’t race her half brother at 2 due to immaturity, but he’s a winner from two starts at 3 with his new owner. We had a lot of success with our other Bellagio filly last year, Coquette, so I’m hoping for another like her.

[color=blue]Fight the Twilight (3yo, Nightfight) was 3rd in the G3 Aegon Turf Sprint. This was his first turf start. He was leased out last year, so I’m still trying to figure out what makes him tick.

FOURTHS

[color=blue]Such A Fool (2yo, Foolhardy) was 4th in his NW3, which isn’t a bad way to start.

[color=red]Allnighter II (2yo, All Jazzed Up) was 4th in her maiden, another decent start.

[color=red]Ch. Queen Catarina (3yo, King David) was 4th in the ungraded Edgewater Stakes. Not her best, but still competitive. I’m going to have my hands full when these ladies start retiring…

OFF THE BOARD

New boy, Say Hey Kid (3yo, Double Cross) was 5th in his first run with us.
Charming Devil (2yo, Silver Charm) was 8th in his NW2.
Undercover Hero (2yo, Simply Heroic) was 8th in his NW3.
Good Classics (2yo, I’m A Classic) was 9th in her NW1 against fillies.
Copycat (2yo, Mr. Prospective) was 9th in his NW2.
Crucifix (2yo, Spock) was 10th in his NW2.

Sent out 12 and only 5 brought home any money with my best colt blowing his race in England! :frowning:

Win
[color=red]Finders Keepers (as you wish) NW-3 won by 1/4 length

Place
[color=blue]Radar Love (rahy) in an NW-2 off by a nose

Show
[color=blue]Secretly A Zombie (war chant) in an NW-3

5ths
[color=blue]Tai’ Daishar (call to war) in an NW-2
[color=blue]Blue Cat Two (alley cat) in an NW-3

The rest blah

Pretty good week, after a miserable Wednesday.

Only about 1/2 of the ponies hit the board, but most of those were winners.

Winners

Thank Goodness (2yo F, High Chances) was bar none the highlight of the day. She broke her maiden in style by winning the Gr. 2 Maribynong Plate against the boys. Shouldn’t be surprising given that she’s 1/2 to ICh. Demand the Best and WCh. Toast of the Town. The surprising thing was that this was a win on the dirt, given that she comes from a family of turfers.

Tsotsi (3yo, Dark Continent) finally did her dam proud by breaking her maiden. We’re hoping this is the start of something good.

Helios (2yo, Worth My While) broke his maiden. He’s the 2nd to last foal of Phoenix, who’s a lovely broodmare but has yet to get a boy studified. We’re hoping Helios might be the one.

City Upon a Hill (3yo, Crystal Rainbow) won his allowance and is without a doubt a dirt sprinter. Good to know.

Repudiate (2yo, Long Live the King) won his turf allowance and broke his maiden. King foals seem to be doing fairly well as 2yo; I hope they continue to do well next year.

Place

What Foolishness (2yo, Foolhardy) placed in her NW1.
Gonnabeamightyking (2yo, Long Live the King) placed in his NW3.

Show
Longevity (2yo, Long Live the King) was 3rd in her Stakes start.
Unthinkiable (2yo, Dark Continent) was 3rd in her maiden.
Come Again (2yo, Rahy) was 3rd in her allowance against the boys.
Arrogance (2yo, High Chances) was 3rd in her NW1

Dark Spell (Highland Wizard 3yo) won his maiden.

Sunken Battleship (Strike It Rich 2yo) 5th in his NW2.
