didn’t get the win we were hoping for, but we had some highlights.
Forbidden City finally won for the first time as a 3yo and did it in style. She beat the boys in a Gr. 3 race.
Deadly Beauty broker her maiden (finally!) in an NW1 against the boys.
Fit to be Tied continues to be spunky getting her 2nd win in a row.
Out of the Ashes, Ithaca and Memorial Day were surprise 2nds in their respective races.
Higher Agenda finished a respectable 2nd against the boys in her OA.
[color=red]Sleep Easy (3yo Rumor Has It) won her starter allowance by 8 lengths in a small field of three. This was her first run on turf and her 5th win from 7 starts. Unraced at 2, I hope she might have some stakes ability next year.
[color=red]Send Me Flowers (4yo Sadlers Wells) was 2nd in her OA. She’ll most likely head to the paddocks next year.
We also claimed [color=red]Final Gamble (2yo Highland Wizard) and she finished 3rd I’m her claimer. She’s half to several stakes performers. This was her best finish to date.

We also picked up [color=red]Slews Chance from the $35,000 claimer. She ran 8th but I like her lines. She is by FFCh. High Chances and out of silver rated mare Miss Tee. She is 1/2 to one of my good, silver rated broodmares No Telling. She has only had 3 starts and is already 17 hands
[color=red]La Femme Nikita ran in 5.5f Maiden for 3yo+ (T) and placed 1st/6. I had a good feeling about her when I bought her and after her second start with me, she breaks her maiden!
[color=red]She’s Gawne ran in 8.5f NW2 Allowance for 3yo F (SC) and placed 2nd/6. This girl loves to jump!
[color=red]Nautilus ran in 7.0f Claiming ($35,000) for 2yo F (T) and placed 7th/11. Still unplaced. Ran her in a claimer mostly to open up more race options for her in the starter allowances.
[color=green]Ch. Flight Line ran in 7.5f Allowance for 3yo+ (SC) and placed 8th/12. Pretty inconsistent.

3yo [color=red]Ellejolet was 2nd/6 in her NW3 in Woodbine.
[color=blue]Ch. Al Mundhir finished 2nd/6 in open allowance for 3yo.
Only [color=red]Ch. Shadow In The Dark was a little bit disappointing, finishing 6th/8 in her steeplechase allowance. Still learns how to jump.
