Very good day, sent out 10 runners, only 2 came back empty handed.

[color=blue]GCh. AndLikeThatHesGone, (4yo, Major’s Flight x Risky Venture) 1/8 in an OA at Aqueduct.
[color=blue]Ch. Rebel Brother, (4yo, Backseat Driver x Movie Mistress) 1/6 in an OA at Aqueduct.
[color=red]American Dance, (3yo, Almost Home x Northern Sister) 1/10 in an OA at Woodbine. Her second consecutive win.
[color=blue]Ch. Lohan, (3yo, My Lucky Day x Thinking of Dreams) 1/10 in the G3 Fall Highweight Stakes at Aqueduct. His fourth win and second SW in the 6 races he has run in our colors (he was second in the other two).
[color=red]Ch. Moony’s Fancy, (3yo, Moonopoly x Fanci Remark) 1/14 in the G2 Top Flight Stakes at Aqueduct. Her fourth win (and second SW). She has 3 wins and 5 seconds in her last eight races.
[color=blue]GCh. In The Navy, (5yo, Man O’War x Dayatthebeach) 1/10 in the G1 Goodwood Handicap in Australia. His seventh SW this year and eighth overall. He will be headed to Japan for the Japan Cup then will probably have one more race after that before being retired to stud.

Could be worse, I suppose.

[color=blue]Field of Diamonds ran 2nd/6 in his NW3. He’s really driving me nuts though: has hit the board 14/21 times this year but has won only once. At least he’s consistent but yeesh!
[color=red]Hot Nurse was 3rd/11 in her OA.
[color=red]Magic Lable responded to having blinkers for the first time and ran 3rd/6 in an OA.

[color=blue]A Knight’s Tale managed a respectable 5th/9 in the G3 Fall Highweight Stakes. It was a gamble.
[color=blue]Nindalf ran 8th/9 in his NW3. We tried dirt. We won’t try it again.

WINS

[color=red]Montalvo (2yo, Point Given) won her NW2.  She has won or placed in all of her last 4 starts.

[color=blue]Star of Lakshmi (2yo, homebred, Octagonal) won his NW3, earning an unexpected speed record as well. That’s a nice surprise!  Now it’s a whether or not I can convince him to run like that EVERY time…

[color=blue]Ch. Exit Poll (3yo, Irish River) made a drop in class, and won his OA by over 7 lengths.  He also earned his first speed record.  I guess he liked the change of equipment!  This MSW will be looking for another stakes race soon.

[color=blue]Starseeker (3yo, Starz ‘n’ Stripes) won his second race in a row, and earned his second speed record in a row.  He also deserves a shot at a stakes race next.

[color=red]Sweet Home Alabama (2yo, homebred, I’m A Classic) won her OA, and remains undefeated.  She also earned her second speed record (from 4 starts).  This girl is a monster in the making, and will also be aimed at the first stakes she can.

[color=red]Never Doubt (3yo, leased, No Duplicate) won, finally breaking her maiden.  She also earned a speed record in the process.  Apparently she really, REALLY liked the change of equipment…

[color=blue]Win Zenith (3yo, Gotta Go) won his NW3, which is his 3rd win in a row.  This boy is bred to be a monster - and he’s starting to act like it.

PLACES

[color=red]Hawaiian Ice (4yo, Bold Ruler) ran 2nd in her OA, just a nose behind the winner (who earned a speed record for his efforts).  The girl has grit.

SHOWS

[color=blue]Ch. Triomphe (4yo, Magic Glory) finished 3rd, a head and a nose behind the 1-2 horses.  After the race, it was discovered that he had some swelling, and he is now resting up at the farm.  He will wear wraps from now on - hopefully that will help.

[color=blue]Zadar (2yo, homebred, What’s Your Point) was a solid 4th in a surprisingly tough NW2 (the winner earned a speed record).
[color=green]Notmyfirstrodeo (4yo, homebred, Temptation) failed to fire, 6th in his OA.
[color=red]Holy Smokes (2yo, homebred, Holy Bull) was outclassed in her NW3 - 7th.
[color=red]Talkofthetown (2yo, homebred, Rumor Has It) was also outclassed - 7th in her NW3.
[color=red]Oh So Proud (4yo, homebred, Highland Pride) apparently hates dirt.  This MSW showed her disdain by finishing dead last.  Ok, stubborn mare, I get it.

Woo! As a belated birthday gift, my ponies did me proud. :smiley: 9 out, and all but 1 came home 1st or 2nd.

I usually don’t race my ponies against each other, and this is why. :wink: Could have had 8 wins instead of 6!

Interesting - Based on the posts so far, between three stables, us (6 winners), Stillwater (6) & Ivy Creek (7), we sent out the winners of 19 of the 50 races races today.

I had a great day too, although just one win!

[color=red]Belle of Portugal finished 1st/14 in her maiden for 2yo fillies. She won by five lengths!
[color=red]Ch. Crownette finished 2nd/14 in Grade 2 Top Flight Stakes.
[color=red]Cabernet finished 3rd/5 in her NW1 and she remains maiden.
[color=red]GCh. The Woman In Black finished 3rd/12 in open allowance steeplechase sprint.

King of Gondor was third in her G2 Stakes, and is now officially [color=red]NCh. King of Gondor. She’s going home for a long much-deserved rest.

[color=blue]Evil Rumors ran in 8.0f Allowance for 3yo+ (T) and placed 4th/10.

[color=red]Ch. Eloquence ran in 8.0f Allowance for 4yo+ (SC) and placed 7th/12. What was that?

A so-so day. My horses have been running a bit sleepy lately, may be time to ship most of them home for a christmas break (other then my breeder series runners of course!)
We sent 9 out, only 3 in top 3, 5 total in the money…

Criminal Secret (2yo, FFCh. Foolhardy) was the highlight breaking his maiden and winning his 2yo allowance.

Rakatack (2yo, WCh. Strike it Rich) ran 2nd in her 2yo allowance. I’m excited about this filly

Rose of Portland (3yo, Ch. Moonopoly) ran 2nd in her SC allowance. Shes consistent but I cant get her to win

The rest were blah with the most disappointing being Ch. Angelius running 6th in his stakes. He needs some time off and will unfortunately not be running in any of the breeder series races.:frowning:
