10/24

9 runners sent out today.

3 Winners
[color=blue]Hogwarts, (3yo, Magic Glory x Blarneystone Lane) 1/6 in an NW3 at Belmont.
[color=blue]Lohan, (3yo, My Lucky Day x Thinking of Dreams) 1/11 in the Ung Empire Classic at Belmont. His third consecutive win.
If both of the above look like they’ve recovered from their races by Monday and there are any spaces left in some of the Breeders’ Cup Dirt races, they might be given a shot.
[color=blue]Ch. Keyboard, (3yo, War Chant x Lady of Mystery) 1/10 in the G3 Victoria Handicap in Australia. The points gained from this win earned him his Champion status. Although he is on the list of horses qualified for the Breeders’ Cup Classic, he will not be sent to Belmont for it.

1 Second
[color=red]Office Hours (Leased from Triple M Racing), (2yo, Alley Cat x Wonderful Dreams) 2/13 in an NW2 at Belmont.

1 Third
[color=blue]Getoutofmyway, (2yo, Slew O’Scots x Risk Away) 3/11 in the Ung Pilgrim Stakes at Belmont.

1 Fourth
[color=blue]Hogsmeade, (2yo, Highland Magic x Blarneystone Lane) 4/12 in an NW2 at Woodbine.

Also Ran
[color=blue]Final Mystery, (2yo, Magic Glory x Lady of Mystery) 5/8 in an NW3 at Woodbine.
[color=red]Magic Topaz, (2yo, Magic Glory x Topaz) 6/11 in an NW3 at Belmont.
[color=red]Devil’s Flight, (2yo, Major’s Flight x Coco Diablo) 8/11 in the Ung Miss Grillo Stakes at Belmont.

What a wonderful day!

[color=blue]Ch. Alfresco ran in 7.0f Ungr. Pilgrim Stakes for 2yo (T) and placed 1st/10! This makes him MSW! Excuse me while I go pick my jaw up off of the floor.

[color=red]She’s Gawne ran in 7.5f NW3 Allowance for 3yo+ (SC) and placed 2nd/6! She’s doing great this year.

[color=red]Ch. Cathedral ran in 9.5f Ungr. Empire Classic for 3yo+ (D) and placed 3rd/11. It’s really a great year for my homebreds.

[color=red]Ch. Eloquence ran in 7.5f Allowance for 3yo+ (SC) and placed 4th/9.

[color=blue]Gallant Affair ran in 9.5f Allowance for 4yo+ (D) and placed 4th/10.

Very pleased today, sent out 6, several unproven runners and no one disappointed

3 Winners
[color=green]America Forever won his OA easily, I think this boy has some potential, he shows good times
[color=blue]HeadOverHeels beat 12 other 2yo’s in a NW2, I decided to try him as he grew a little bit
[color=red]Kingston Coup is showing she might like dirt distance, wont be a star but just getting her Ch is the goal

2 Places
[color=green]Paris Office ran because he hadn’t for some time in a maiden with only five runners. He was way behind the winner and I think he needs some equips
[color=red]Lady Morgaine is a lease and seems to prefer distance

1 Show
[color=blue]Finn MacCool ran in a maiden, I was hesitant since his previous runs were terrible but he is a lease so I figured I better do something with him. No idea what this guy needs to become competitive

Ouch. Sent out 3 and only 1 didn’t bomb.

[color=blue]Eteelya ran 3rd/6 in a NW3.

Congrats on Lohan , I kick myself for selling him. Lol

Actually had a decent day finally, only 5 out and 4 brought home money,seems my ponies this week all decided they like long distance! Good to know! :slight_smile:

Wins
[color=red]High Wire Dancing in a 10.5f Nw-3, seems I found her distance
[color=blue]Riverton Heights in a 16f,OA,SC in Australia, may be time to look at stakes races.

Place
[color=blue]Magic Dancer in a 14f OA for 3yo

4th
[color=blue]Golden Heist in a 13.5 OA for 3yo.

I don’t usually have anything to reports but I was so excited about the win:

[color=red]Gotham Politics was a last minute entry in the 15.0f SC Gr. 2 Cross My Heart Stakes for 3yo+ F, $300,000.

It hurt my bank account to enter her and now I am glad I did. This is the biggest win I have had so far, and it’s nice to be rewarded for taking a risk for once!

Its also nice to know that I won’t be in the negative come tax time :slight_smile: that’s a first.

Whoo! Congrats. =)

Hehe, I just had my first Stakes win too, funny how exciting it is even though its a game! Well done  :wink:

Congrats!

Four out, mixed results…

3YO [color=red]Ciao Bella (Alley Cat) won her NW2 - not terribly surprising, as I expected this race to be easy for this stakes placed filly.

3YO [color=blue]Dawson’s Rudge (A.P. Indy) ran second in his NW2, staying consistent.

2YO [color=red]Holy Smokes (Holy Bull) was outclassed in 7th.

5YO [color=red]Indywind (A.P. Indy) had her first stakes attempt after two impressive wins, but the jump to 15f was way too long for her, and she faded to 8th.
